Lance graduated from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Engineering and an MBA. He started his career as an engineer working in the fields of residential heating, medical devices and space satellites. Lance’s passion has long been real estate and he began investing in it while still in college and now owns several. Lance is also the Companies Responsible Managing Officer for their contractor’s licenses. Lance’s experience with his own real estate holdings and construction makes him a valuable asset to customers.
