Smith McGehee

Smith McGehee was born and raised in Houston, Texas and relocated to the Central Coast of California in 2010. Driven by a lifelong passion for design and architecture coupled with his interest in mechanics and customer service he has worked as a real estate property manager for the past ten years. His vast experience working in the high-end vacation rental market eventually led to his work as leasing agent and luxury estate manager helping families find and maintain their homes on the Central Coast. Joining EPM in 2018, Smith has found an avenue through which he can work in his passions for real estate while providing the utmost in service to his clients.
